Any computer pros out there? I can't seem to get my new computer (Windows Vista) to recognize my Western Digital external hard drive. Debbie and I googled it and apparently many, many people have had the same problem, but none of their fixes seem to work for me. Any suggestions????
UPDATE: Apparently it's not the computer, it's the EHD. I tried plugging it back in to my old computer and it's not recognizing it either. Ugh.

I'd love to help but doesn't EHD stand for "easy hair dye"?? and I can't figure out what that has to do with computers :)
