After some crazy weather, this weekend turned out to be the perfect fall weekend. On Saturday we went to the apple orchard and then to a pumpkin patch with Darci, Mike, Luke and Levi. The boys had a blast of course. We couldn't actually go apple picking because all the farmers around here lost 75-80% of their apple crops due to the weather. Gerard and Luke rode a little train around the orchard and enjoyed cider and donuts though, so they didn't feel too badly about the apple picking. The highlight of their day was the corn maze at the little mom-and-pop pumpkin patch. They couldn't get enough of that. Even picking out the pumpkins wasn't as exciting for them but at least I caught a few good photos at the patch.
Morgan had fun too, although she was more interested in the pumpkin leaves than anything else.
Enjoy the pictures!
